OrbitInvest is a managed investment ecosystem available through our specialized digital platform. We offer a humanized investment service where our highly qualified traders manage your assets on your behalf to ensure a strategic evolution of your capital.
By accessing our website, you enter into a series of legally binding agreements. As a client, your portfolio will be actively plotted and negotiated by our experts to maximize consistent results in a secure, intuitive environment [1, History]. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we protect your personal data within our secure habitat.

• User: An individual exploring the OrbitInvests habitat for educational purposes or to evaluate our services.
• Client: An individual who registers and funds an Evolutionary Tier, entitling them to have their investment portfolio fully managed by our professional specialists.
By choosing to become a Client, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Client Agreement, and the specific durations and weekly returns of your chosen investment plan

• Age Requirement: OrbitInvest is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years or older.

Any access by individuals under this age is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their access credentials. OrbitInvest utilizes procedural safeguards that comply with regulatory standards to protect your non-public information.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information provided during registration—whether for Financial Planning or asset management—is true, current, and complete 

• Risk of Loss: All investments entail a risk of loss. While our specialized traders operate with maximum focus and zero emotional interference to mitigate risks, the results obtained from market insights cannot be guaranteed

• Educational Purpose: For Users who are not yet Clients, the information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal or tax advice.

• Decision Responsibility: Users are responsible for their own research. OrbitInvest acts as your financial ally, but except as provided in the Client Agreement, the platform is not liable for actions taken based on general information found in the habitat

Both parties may end this agreement at any time, subject to the maturity of all active Evolutionary Tiers (ranging from 14 to 90 days)

• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend access if an account is found to be fraudulent.

• Legal Cooperation: OrbitInvest will cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding any information that violates these Terms.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

• Assignment of Rights: You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent. However, OrbitInvest may assign these Terms or its rights hereunder to ensure the continued evolution of the ecosystem.

• Independent Contractors: The relationship between OrbitInvest and the User is that of independent contractors.

• Amendments: We reserve the right to change these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated "laws" of our financial habitat.
